The Founders
The story of Another Vodka began like all the best stories out of a true-blue Aussie friendship. Great mates who shared a love of drinking the good stuff together. The Fratres in Armis duo, Stroudy and Whitey, whilst in Singapore on a family holiday were sampling a few local drops. The two got to thinking about how much fun it would be to try their hand at making their own spirits. Hanging out for over 20 years chin wagging over countless bevies, it was clear they certainly had the experience to be able to tell the difference between a good and a bad drop. So, they set their minds on learning how to distil a fine quality spirit and began sharing their discoveries with family and friends to see what they thought of their newfound expertise. It wasn’t long before they realized they were onto something golden as more and more of their supporters and critics encouraged them along in the hope of enjoying another sample. So they decided to set up a small craft distillery in the centre of Osborne Park and began planning, designing, learning, and building as much as they could in the hope of making their dream jobs a reality. Calling in the support of family and friends when a task surpassed that of their own technical skills, the boys at Another Distilling Co. embody their company’s core values of brotherhood, determination, and team work to bring a dream to life.

THE DISTILLERY
Embodying the Australian can-do attitude, the founders spent 3 years researching and building every element in the distillery by hand. With the same love, dedication, and attention to detail that has gone into developing their premium vodka. Relying upon the trades taught to them by the grandfathers and help from family and friends to bring their dream to life. each component of the distillery was designed, and custom made by the founders of Another Distilling Co. The still house, where our fractionating columns sit, was designed, and built by the owners with a keen focus on sustainability. Creating a proprietary still cooling system that uses recycled water to operate, reducing their water usage and keeping the process as environmentally friendly as possible. The unique carbon filtering system located just outside the still house, keeps this focus on sustainability using a refillable cartridge system, eliminating the need for a lot of the unnecessary disposable packaging associated with carbon filter cartridges. The bottling systems used to package our premium vodka demonstrate the owner's passion for all things hand made. Instead of an automated bottling line, they opt for a hand operated filling and capping system that they have designed and built themselves.
THE TEAM
The boys have long been friends and blessed to remain close with a lot of their old school mates, many of which were called to arms along the way to assist with the many elements and skillsets required to piece together such a unique project and life experience for the Founders. From graphic designers, architects, skilled tradesmen, barmen and interior designers, the fellas are lucky to have worked alongside some of their best mates and long-standing friends who are committed to the same values and work ethic that Another Distilling Co prides itself on. WITH THE SAME LOVE, DEDICATION AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS THAT HAS GONE INTO DEVELOPING THEIR PREMIUM VODKA LINES, EACH COMPONENT OF THE DISTILLERY WAS DESIGNED, AND CUSTOM MADE BY THE FOUNDERS OF ANOTHER DISTILLING CO. RELYING UPON THE TRADES TAUGHT TO THEM BY THE GRANDFATHERS AND HELP FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BRING THEIR DREAM TO LIFE.
THE VODKA
A PREMIUM QUALITY SUGARCANE VODKA WITH AN UNRIVALLED CLARITY, SWEETNESS, AND A SILKY-SMOOTH TEXTURE MADE FROM 100% AUSTRALIAN INGREDIENTS, THE BASE SPIRIT USED IN OUR VODKA IS PRODUCED FROM A RICH MOLASSES MASH THAT HAS BROWN SUGAR, TREACLE, AND BITTER CARAMEL NOTES. IT IS THEN TRIPLE DISTILLED, TWICE ACROSS OUR FIVE FRACTIONATING COLUMNS THEN RUN THROUGH OUR UNIQUE SLOW DRIP, DUAL CARBON FILTRATION SYSTEM TO REMOVE ANY FINAL IMPURITIES BEFORE BEING HAND BOTTLED BY OUR DISCERNING STAFF IN OUR PERTH METROPOLITAN DISTILLERY. WE STRIVE TO PRODUCE AN EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY PRODUCT THROUGH OUR CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SOURCING SOME OF THE BEST INGREDIENTS IN OUR VODKA.
